Senior Network Security Engineer (m/f/d)
Łódź, Poland | Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)
DP World, one of the world's leading logistics providers, is looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer (m/f/d) to join our European Network team in Łódź.
In this role, you will take ownership of our network security landscape across Europe, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of critical network infrastructure. You will act as a subject matter expert for network security technologies, work closely with Information Security and global IT teams, and support projects across multiple European locations. Please note that regular travel within Europe and occasional out-of-hours work are required.
What you'll do
- Own and continuously improve the network security environment across Europe.
- Administer and enhance the Forescout NAC and network segmentation platform.
- Design, implement, and support secure LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Firewall solutions.
- Manage Check Point and Palo Alto firewalls, IPS technologies, and vulnerability remediation activities.
- Collaborate with Information Security teams on threat detection, investigations, and security improvements.
- Support network projects end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, documentation, and operational support.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise network installation, configuration, and support.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Forescout or similar NAC/segmentation technologies.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Routing, Switching, Wireless, and enterprise networking.
- Proven experience with Check Point and Palo Alto firewall technologies.
- Fluent English (at least C1), strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel across Europe.
