In this responsible role, you will lead and develop our HR team, act as a sparring partner for the management team and managers and ensure that our HR processes are professional, efficient and future-focused. You will also actively drive the further development and digitalisation of our HR work.
The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Your tasks are:
- Leadership and development of the current three-person HR team, including both professional and line management responsibilities
- Advising the management team and managers on all HR-related matters
- Further development of the HR strategy as well as optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes and tools
- Responsibility for operational and administrative HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
- Supporting and developing our apprentices in line with the applicable training framework
- Supporting workforce planning as well as planning and monitoring personnel costs and HR budgets
- Further development of HR controlling and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with employment law, payroll tax and social security requirements
- Managing HR projects and supporting organisational change processes
What we expect from you:
- Degree in business administration, human resources or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in a generalist HR role as well as initial leadership experience
- Sound knowledge of employment law, payroll tax and social security regulations
- Experience in HR projects, change management as well as personnel cost and budget planning
- Experience working with international teams
- Business-fluent German and English as well as very good MS Office skills
- Strong digital skills and enthusiasm for developing processes and structures
- Excellent communication and advisory skills as well as a confident and professional manner
- Empathy, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented thinking and a structured, independent way of working
