AI Automation Lead – Crypto

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of AI automation projects including identifying business requirements designing solutions and overseeing the implementation process.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Research and evaluate new AI technologies and tools to enhance our automation capabilities.

- Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms to support business operations.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems and make recommendations for improvements.

- Train and mentor team members on AI concepts and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and automation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development and automation.

- Strong understanding of machine learning natural language processing and other AI technologies.

- Experience with programming languages such as Python Java or C.

- Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms such as TensorFlow Keras or PyTorch.

- Experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in a business environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
