We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our leadership team and drive this transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO this role will be responsible for defining People10s AI vision building AI-native engineering capabilities shaping client-facing AI offerings and establishing People10 as a recognized leader in AI-led enterprise transformation.
Based in Dubai and Bengaluru this role will work closely with leadership clients partners and delivery teams across global markets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1218 years of experience in software engineering architecture consulting data cloud or
enterprise technology leadership.
Proven experience leading large-scale digital cloud data or AI transformation initiatives.
Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.
