As the Analyst - Learning & Development Operations, you will play a pivotal role in executing learning operational strategies and managing learning systems for the L&D Center of Excellence (CoE). This role ensures the effectiveness of learning solutions, stakeholder satisfaction, and fosters a culture of continuous learning through collaboration with key stakeholders. You will oversee critical L&D programs, process improvements, technology implementation, and learning service delivery.

- Plan, execute, and evaluate learning and development programs, including pilot programs, rollouts, assessments, and learner enrollment
- Execute automation initiatives to streamline learning processes
- Serve as system administrator for key learning tools, including updates, release, and change management

Essential
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in core Learning Delivery & Operations roles with an understanding of GXP, CFR 21 Part 11 Compliance
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (SumTotal / Cornerstone) and Learning Experience Platforms (Percipio)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Preferred
- Intermediate to proficient knowledge in MS Excel and analytics tools
- Experience with content providers such as Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, Aperian Globesmart, etc.
- Experience using ticketing tools like Leena.AI, ServiceNow, etc.
