SHIFT: Must be willing to work either day and/or night shift; 12 hours per day 2/2/3 Schedule.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Forklift Driver II will be responsible for the facility trash and recycling, disposing of items with the use of forklifts and recycling equipment.

LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
Type: Full-time, Regular.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and operatethe facility recycling equipment.
Collect trash and recycling from the plant for disposal using a forklift.
Complete daily assigned checklist items pertaining tofacility upkeep and recycling programs.
Documents actions by logging movements of supplies, materials, and goods
Maintains safe work environment by watching out for pedestrian traffic; following standards and procedures; complying withsafety / legal regulations.
Keeps forklift operatingby following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintainingsupplies; performing preventative maintenance; calling for repairs
Update job knowledge by participatingin educational opportunities and job shadowing.
Interact and maintainpositive relationships with all levels of leadership.
Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
Compliant with all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s, and all DrinkPAK’spolicies and procedures.
Establish and maintainhigh standardsfor quality, housekeeping, and productivityinside and outside of the plant.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Atleast 3 years of experience in Field or similar manufacturing / warehouse environment; Atleast 3 years preferred in Forklift position
Forklift Certification required; must be able to successfully pass Forklift Certification by DrinkPAKupon hire.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Proven ability to safely operatea sit-down motorized Forklift
Ability to navigate within a WMS system
Must have a full understanding of the operations of a Forklift, (electrical or Propane)
