You’ll work in a newer, modern dealership backed byFFUN Group,one of Saskatoon’s growing automotive groups, where customer experience matters from the moment someone walks through the door or picks up the phone.This is a great opportunity for someone who has already built strong experience incustomer service, reception, administration, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced customer-facing environmentand is ready to bring those skills to a busy dealership setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create a professional and welcoming first impression for customers entering the dealership
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently and confidently
- Assist customers with questions, messages, appointments, and connecting them with the appropriate team member
- Support Sales and Service with customer opportunity tracking and administrative coordination
- Assist the Sales team with inventory administration, data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Keep the reception area organized and ensure the front end of the dealership runs smoothly
- Provide additional administrative support to the dealership team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role
- A proven ability to deliver professional and personable service both in person and over the phone
- Confidence working in a busy environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a polished, welcoming presence
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Accounts payable or additional administrative experience is considered an asset
