This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team, collaborating to lead a team to develop and enhance our HRIS systems.
THE GIG
As an HR Systems engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will :
- Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring they are optimized for performance & reliability
- Work with HR & IT teams to ensure identify systems requirements for HR systems
- Develop & maintain systems interfaces as required between HR systems and the other components of the Enterprise IT landscape
- Troubleshoot HR systems technical issues
- Advise on data structure and integrity
- Provide technical support to colleagues in the HR team
The Stuff That Sets You Apart :
Must-Have Experience :
- 5+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, workforce management systems etc
- Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience in translating those to HR systems requirements
- Proven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systems
- In depth experience configuring HR systems
- Experience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries
Technical Skills :
- 5+ years' experience of Ceridian/Dayforce
- Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce
- HR Systems Integration
- Experience of API integrations
- Strong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Education :
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
