Druva is a cloud-native SaaS platform providing automated data protection, cyber resilience, and governance across enterprise IT environments. Built natively on AWS microservices, the company operates a "Data Resiliency Cloud" that protects enterprise data across endpoints, cloud applications (like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce), hybrid servers, and virtualized workloads without requiring physical hardware or complex infrastructure management.

About Druva

Druva is the resilience foundation for the AI enterprise, helping organizations secure and recover from connected risk across data, cyber, identity, and AI. The Resilience Cloud is a fully managed, cloud-native SaaS platform that delivers air-gapped and immutable protection across cloud, SaaS, on-premises, endpoint, and edge environments. Powered by Dru MetaGraph, Druva’s graph-powered intelligence layer, the platform connects critical business context so customers can understand risk, respond faster, recover cleanly, and govern data with greater confidence.

Trusted by nearly 7,500 customers, including 75 of the Fortune 500, Druva helps safeguard the critical information and systems businesses depend on in an increasingly connected world.

About the Team

You will be part of a high-impact, fast moving product management team driving our portfolio of products serving partner needs around Data Protection, Cyber Recovery and Response, Disaster Recovery and Governance .

Role Purpose & Impact

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and scale Druva's Managed Service Provider (MSP) platform. You will work closely with MSP partners, internal stakeholders, engineering, UX, sales, and customer success to understand partner needs and translate them into product capabilities that simplify service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate partner growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of Product Management experience who enjoys working directly with customers, solving real business problems, and shipping products that have measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with MSPs, distributors, aggregators and internal teams to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and emerging market needs.
  • Gather product requirements through partner interviews and engagements, competitive research, and data analysis.
  • Prioritize features in collaboration with Engineering and Product leadership.
  • Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive execution from concept through launch using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with UX to design intuitive multi-tenant experiences for MSP administrators.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to identify product improvements and increase partner adoption.
  • Define success metrics and analyze product telemetry to guide roadmap decisions.
  • Assist with product launches by creating enablement material, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Represent the voice of MSP customers during planning and sprint reviews.
  • Stay current on trends in managed services, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, backup, cyber resilience, and channel ecosystems.

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Distributors, Value Added Resellers (VARs), or other channel partners preferred
  • Experience with building products for marketplaces, integrations, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience writing detailed product requirements and working closely with engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for understanding customer problems and turning them into simple product experiences.

What Success Looks Like in the Role

  • Help solve key challenges around MSP scalability, workflow simplification, integrations, and partner experience.
  • Become the trusted owner of a product area, delivering customer-focused solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and partners to execute effectively.
  • Use customer feedback, market insights, and product data to prioritize initiatives that improve adoption, retention, and revenue.
  • Deliver roadmap commitments with high quality, proactively managing trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Demonstrable impact on product KPIs (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, partner satisfaction).

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Innovation is how we operate, not a side project. You’ll work in a culture that values bold thinking and continuous improvement, where global teams experiment, iterate, and turn new ideas into products customers can rely on. If you’re looking for high-ownership work, visible impact, and a culture that values innovation, collaboration, accountability, and growth-where you’ll be trusted to lead and empowered to build-you’ll thrive at Druva.
