Nous recrutons un(e) Chef d’Équipe Transformation pour assurer le pilotage des opérations de production et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de sécurité, qualité, productivité et performance.

Vos missions :

Organiser et superviser les activités de production.
Animer et accompagner les équipes au quotidien.
Veiller au respect des plannings, des standards qualité et des règles HSE.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.
Identifier et traiter les anomalies afin d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'activité.

Profil recherché :

Bac+2 minimum dans une spécialité technique ou industrielle.
Expérience confirmée en environnement industriel et en animation d’équipe.
Leadership, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’analyse.
Bonne maîtrise des indicateurs de production et des exigences HSE.
