About The Role:

As a Senior Product Designer at Dsquares, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process of new features and product improvements from concept to launch.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Craft delightful experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
• Work closely with product managers to align design with product vision, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders to align design with business needs and technical constraints.
• Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, ethical design and user-centricity within the organization.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and internship students.

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

• 4+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
• Expertise in user experience, user interface, interaction design, and systems thinking.
• Strong understanding of design systems and front-end implementation considerations.
• Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Experience with Figma, FigJam, and research tools like Maze, Hotjor and data analytics
• Experience with front end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
• Experience with animation frameworks and micro-interactions is a plus
