  • Исследование рынка и клиентов:
  • Проведение регулярных интервью с конечными клиентами и партнерами-интеграторами
  • Анализ конкурентов и формирование battle cards
  • Выявление "болей" и формулировка потребностей, перевод их в продуктовые гипотезы, понимание "Jobов" конечного пользователя продукта, понимание эффектов от реализации продукта, поиск точек роста, анализ рынка и выявление конкурентных преимуществ, умение выстраивать пользовательские сценарии на основе данных с разных систем
  • Формирование продуктовой стратегии и дорожной карты продукта
  • Разработка и актуализация продуктового видения и стратегии
  • Приоритизация гипотез и задач на основе данных, анализа ROI и стратегических целей компании
  • Работа с командой разработки:
  • Формирование и управление бэклогом продукта (Product Backlog)
  • Написание четких и детализированных технических заданий (User Stories, Use Cases, DoR, DoD)
  • Полный контроль за стадией разработки и сроками е выполнения
  • Коммуникация и запуск:
  • Подготовка всей необходимой документации: презентации, инструкции, релиз-ноты
  • Обучение отдела продаж и партнеров по возможностям продукта
  • Определение ключевых метрик продукта
Требования:
  • Опыт и экспертиза
  • Опыт работы на позиции Продакт-менеджера от 3-х лет в B2B-среде
  • Желательно опыт в создании продуктов в сфере логистики/ритейла/видеонаблюдении и смежных отраслей
  • Сильное аналитическое мышление: Умение работать с данными, строить воронки и оценивать эффективность гипотез, продуктовое мышление с пониманием ценности для клиента
  • Отличное владение инструментами: Jira/Confluence
  • Технический бэкграунд: Понимание основ работы API, REST, принципов интеграции с внешними системами (1С, СКУД, BI-системы). Способность на техническом уровне обсуждать задачи с разработкой
  • Знание фреймворков: Практическое применение принципов Lean, Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD), CustDev
  • Профильные знания
  • Понимание аппаратной части (железо) и ее взаимосвязи с программным обеспечением
  • Опыт построения B2B-ценообразования (лицензии, подписка, разовые платежи)
  • Базовое понимание юнит-экономики и финансовых моделей
