Detailed Responsibilities具体工作职责

• Leverage internal and external resources to collaborate with internal OKAM/CKAM teams in identifying and developing domestic transportation and CBT customer opportunities.
• Identify and drive business opportunities and potential customers, building relationships through proactive & reactive business proposals
• Overall objective of developing business development proposals with the aim of providing quality and innovative solutions against prescribed deadlines
• Management and co-ordination of end-to-end business development process:

• Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationships
• Proposal generation
• Pricing / Tender management

• Support segment specific market analysis in China transportation industry
• Solution development and deployment in identified opportunity sectors

Communications沟通对象

• Internal 内部: Cross division commercial team, Road operation team, Road function team
• External 外部: External Client

Job Requirements任职资格

Education & Working Experience教育背景及工作经验

• Have proven record in contract logistics or transportation business development field.
• Good understanding of China logistics industry trends with specific emphasis on transportation concepts
• Familiar with the industrial account is preferred
• Experience in cross-border transportation will be considered a plus

Skills & Knowledge技能与知识

• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong data analysis skills are essential
• The role requires a results-driven mindset and the ability to perform under pressure
