Bridge the gap between IT and some of DSV's largest and most complex customers

At DSV, we are expanding our Integration Team and are looking for an experienced Business Integration Manager to join our newly established logistics center in Horsens. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating strategic customers into DSV's transport solutions, ensuring successful implementations and long-term customer satisfaction.

You will be based at our state-of-the-art logistics center in Horsens, designed with functionality, sustainability, and employee experience in mind.
As part of DSV's European Control Tower organization, you will join Control Tower Denmark, a team dedicated to servicing some of the largest Danish and international road transport customers.
You will become part of a highly skilled team of integration specialists responsible for onboarding and supporting large, complex customer solutions. We enjoy a high degree of trust, flexibility, and collaboration, including opportunities for hybrid work.

Your Role: Connecting Customers and IT
As our new Business Integration Manager, you will ensure that new customers are successfully integrated into DSV's systems and processes.
Most of our customers are large international organizations with complex requirements, meaning every implementation project is tailored to the customer's specific business needs.
You will act as the key link between the customer and our IT teams by understanding technical requirements, translating business needs into detailed specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of integration solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customer business and technical requirements
- Collaborating closely with customer IT and technical teams
- Managing and implementing customer integration projects
- Testing and troubleshooting integrations
- Monitoring EDI transaction flows
- Supporting EDI-related cases and myDSV platform issues
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and successful customer adoption
About You
You are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by helping customers achieve successful technical integrations. You enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer service.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
- Experience working with API integrations, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, ERP, TMS, and/or WMS systems
- Experience within business integration, technical implementation, or business development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Previous experience in project management or a coordinating role is considered an advantage
- A structured and analytical approach to solving problems
