We are looking for an Infra Support Engineer to provide reliable day-to-day technical support across our workplace infrastructure, end-user devices, identity and access management, and business applications. In this role, you will ensure employees have the tools, access, and technical support they need to work effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work hands-on with platforms such as Okta, MDM solutions, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications, while supporting device security, meeting room technology, and IT infrastructure projects. This role is suited for an experienced IT support professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, continuously developing technical expertise, and delivering a positive employee support experience.

What You'll Do:

End-User and Device Support

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, applications, and other IT-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with a primary focus on iOS devices.
• Support Windows and macOS environments, ensuring end-user devices remain functional, secure, and up to date.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues, including network connectivity, VPN, printers, and other workplace technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain meeting room devices and related equipment to support smooth meetings and collaboration.

Identity and Access Management

• Support and administer identity and access management through Okta, including user provisioning, access requests, and Single Sign-On (SSO) troubleshooting.
• Assist with user access management and ensure appropriate access permissions are maintained in accordance with internal security requirements.
• Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues and escalate complex cases when required.

MDM and Endpoint Security

• Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration, including device enrollment, compliance monitoring, security policies, and remote support.
• Support endpoint security requirements, including patching, antivirus protection, access controls, and other applicable security measures.
• Help ensure end-user devices comply with internal IT security standards and operational requirements.

Business Applications and SaaS Support

• Provide support for Google Workspace and other workplace collaboration tools.
• Assist with the administration and troubleshooting of SaaS applications, including cloud-based platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Investigate application-related issues and coordinate with relevant internal teams or vendors for resolution when necessary.

IT Operations and Documentation

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recurring issues.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory records to ensure accurate tracking of company devices and equipment.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Senior Engineers, relevant internal teams, or external vendors as appropriate.
• Follow established IT support procedures and contribute to continuous improvements in support processes and service delivery.

Project Support and Other Duties

• Support the provisioning and implementation of IT infrastructure-related projects, including device setup, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project requirements and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc IT support and operational duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, End-User Computing, or a related IT operations role.
• Hands-on experience providing end-user support for hardware, software, and workplace applications.
• Familiarity with Okta or other Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, including user provisioning, access management, and SSO troubleshooting.
• Exposure to MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions, with an understanding of device enrollment, compliance, and endpoint security policies.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, with experience supporting iOS devices.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and other collaboration or SaaS applications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot IT issues through log analysis, systematic investigation, and step-by-step tracing.
• Good understanding of endpoint security practices, including patching, antivirus, access control, and device compliance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective support to end users.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to continuously learn new technologies and step outside your comfort zone.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Chinese vendors.
• The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
