Role overview

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join us on a 12-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted partner to our remotely based Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), while working closely with the and contributing to our locally based Executive Assistant team. You’ll play a key role in keeping priorities moving, supporting strategic initiatives and helping our leadership team operate at their best. No two days are the same! From coordinating executive activities and underwriting projects to supporting carrier engagement, business reporting and workplace experience initiatives, you’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing structure to complexity and taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys balancing a variety of responsibilities, and takes pride in making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has previously worked in an Executive Assistant role and understands the pace, discretion, and adaptability required to support senior leaders effectively.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to expertly manage competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, clearly communicating priorities and driving outcomes
  • A proactive attitude and the confidence to anticipate needs, solve problems, and at times take initiative with minimal direction and be an independent worker
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content and presentations
  • High attention to detail and a natural ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams) and experience using Monday.com

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys being a trusted partner, takes ownership of your work, and is passionate about helping others succeed.

A career that you define.

Of course, we offer a competitive range of rewards and benefits to support you, but we know you expect all that.

We want people who want to make a difference - not just in the workplace, but in the industry and in the wider community.
