We're looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support our General Manager for Northern Europe, serving as a trusted partner at the heart of the business.
In this highly visible role, you'll work closely with the General Manager responsible for driving growth and strategy across the Northern European region. You'll help maximise leadership effectiveness by managing priorities, coordinating critical business activities, and ensuring seamless execution across meetings, travel, stakeholder engagements, and key projects.

What you'll do:
Provide dedicated support to the General Manager for Northern Europe
Manage a complex and fast-moving calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, meetings, and executive logistics
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, agendas, and executive communications
Track commitments, actions, and deadlines to ensure priorities are delivered
Act as a key liaison between the General Manager and stakeholders across the region and global organisation
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, functions, and countries
Coordinate leadership meetings, executive visits, team events, and business reviews
Build strong partnerships with Executive Assistants and business leaders across the company
Coordinate business projects and operational initiatives from planning through completion
Support activities such as audit coordination, stakeholder reviews, action tracking, and business documentation
Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, Procurement, and other teams to deliver office and workplace initiatives
Help ensure projects stay organised, on track, and moving forward
Manage invoices, purchase requests, expenses, and other administrative processes
Maintain records, team resources, and organisational information
Identify opportunities to improve processes and create more efficient ways of working
Handle highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Partner with Senior Leadership

What you'll bring:
7+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant
Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
Strong diary management, travel coordination, and meeting planning experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise
Experience coordinating projects, tracking actions, and working across multiple stakeholders
High levels of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to explore how AI and digital tools improve the way work gets done
Exposure to audits, compliance activities, office operations, or facilities projects is a plus
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written is essential for this role
