  • Collect, organize, and analyze electrical test data, producing clear technical reports with methodology, raw data, and conclusions suitable for engineering and leadership review.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and ESD-safe lab environment, including equipment calibration schedules and inventory of consumables and test hardware.

Education

  • Solid understanding of analog and digital electronics fundamentals
  • Proficiency with fundamental bench test equipment: DC power supply, electronic loads, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, source meter etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, BOMs, PCB layout files, and component datasheets.
  • Hands-on soldering and rework skills
  • Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) in test lab environments
  • Proficiency with Excel for data analysis; comfortable working with structured measurement data.
  • Disciplined approach to ESD safety, lab safety, and traceable data management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce test reports
  • Self-starter who can take a test plan or teardown objective, execute independently, and escalate findings with supporting evidence.
