Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury & Capital Manager to oversee the firm’s daily liquidity, cash management, funding, and capital-management activities. This individual will work closely with senior finance leadership, trading desks, clearing brokers, banking partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that cash and capital are deployed efficiently across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong treasury or financial-services experience, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple entities, banking relationships, and brokerage accounts in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash and liquidity across the firm’s broker-dealers and other trading entities.
• Monitor bank, clearing broker, and prime broker balances, including cash, margin, collateral, and available liquidity.
• Prepare daily cash-position and liquidity reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term cash forecasts.
• Coordinate funding and cash movements between banks, brokers, and affiliated entities.
• Monitor capital levels and liquidity requirements across regulated and nonregulated entities.
• Help ensure that regulated entities maintain appropriate capital and liquidity buffers.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with banks, clearing brokers, prime brokers, and other financial counterparties.
• Review interest rates, financing costs, credit facilities, deposit arrangements, and other treasury terms.
• Identify opportunities to improve yield on excess cash and reduce borrowing, financing, and banking costs.
• Coordinate capital contributions, distributions, and intercompany funding.
• Support the negotiation, onboarding, and maintenance of banking and brokerage relationships.
• Establish and maintain appropriate controls over cash movements, wire transfers, account access, and treasury processes.
• Develop Excel-based models and reporting tools to improve cash visibility, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Trading teams on treasury-related matters.
• Support management with liquidity stress testing, scenario analysis, and strategic capital planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in treasury, liquidity management, banking, brokerage, or financial services.
• Experience managing cash across multiple legal entities, bank accounts, or brokerage relationships.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, collateral, margin, funding, and capital allocation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, financial modeling, and large-data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive cash movements and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and implement effective financial controls.
• Experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, broker-dealer, investment bank, or other financial institution.
• Experience with regulated broker-dealer capital and liquidity requirements.
• Familiarity with prime brokerage, clearing, securities financing, futures, or derivatives.
• Experience working across international entities and multiple currencies.
• Familiarity with treasury-management systems, banking platforms, and financial-data tools.
• CFA, CTP, CPA, or other relevant professional designation is a plus.

The range below reflects the expected base salary for this position. It represents a good-faith estimate of the base pay we anticipate offering, with actual compensation determined by your experience, education, skills, and performance throughout the interview process. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus (at DV Trading's discretion) and DV Trading's benefits package, including the benefits listed above.

Base Salary Range

$100,000—$130,000 USD
