工作內容

覆核薪資作業流程管理，包含每月 payroll、所得稅、二代健保、退休金及相關法令申報。 規劃並優化 HR Shared Service Center (SSC) 運作模式、導入 AI Agent／AI Chatbot 機制，建立標準化作業流程（SOP）。 與 HRBP、財務、IT 及各部門合作，推動人資流程數位化及系統優化。 熟悉勞動法令及人資相關規範，確保公司制度符合法規要求。 管理與培育 SSC 團隊成員，提升團隊專業能力與服務效率。 規劃並推動 HR 專案，例如 HRIS/Workday/SAP 導入、流程改善、自動化專案等。 其他主管交辦事項。

條件要求

  • 5年以上薪酬或 HR Operations 經驗且具3年以上管理經驗。
  • 具 SSC、Payroll 或 HR 流程優化經驗尤佳。
  • 熟悉台灣勞動法令、薪資稅務及保險作業。
  • 具 HRIS 系統操作或主導或參與系統導入經驗（如 SAP／Workday／SuccessFactors）尤佳。
  • 具跨部門溝通與專案管理能力。
  • 英文溝通能力中等以上。
  • 具大型科技業 HR Operations 經驗
