PM Sr. Manager - Intelligent Nursing Care Solutions (iService/ 林口園區)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Intelligent Nursing Care Solutions to lead the development and commercialization of integrated solutions for hospital nursing care environments.

This role will connect hospital workflow needs, HW, SW, AI, and business development to build scalable total solutions and drive the growth of Intelligent Nursing Care for global market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product and solution strategy for Intelligent Nursing Care, covering areas such as Clinical Communication Nursing Care, Patient Data and Medication Management, and Ward Management.

• Develop deep understanding of hospital nursing workflows and identify key customer pain points and business opportunities.

• Translate customer needs into HW + SW + AI integrated solutions, product requirements, and roadmaps.

• Lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle from customer discovery, POC, productization to commercialization.

• Develop solution value propositions, business cases, and go-to-market strategies to support hospital and strategic account development.

• Identify practical applications of AI empowered solutions to improve nursing efficiency, patient safety, and hospital operations.

• Build partnerships with healthcare ecosystem players and system integrators to accelerate solution adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Medical Informatics, or related fields.

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare product management, solution management, medical technology, healthcare IT, or related fields, with leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of hospital ward and nursing workflows, preferably with direct hospital or healthcare partnership experience.

• Proven experience developing or commercializing integrated HW/SW solutions.

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer pain points into commercially viable solutions.

• Understanding of AI applications in healthcare is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with medical devices, digital health, smart hospital, or healthcare solutions.

• Experience in solution selling, system integration, or strategic account development.

• Experience building new products or businesses from 0-to-1.
