一、主要工作內容

組織異動管理

  • 負責 Workday 及 HCM 系統組織、人員等相關資料維運
  • 執行組織新增、調整、合併、異動及相關系統設定
  • 維護組織架構、人員配置圖及相關 HR 文件
  • 定期檢核 HR 系統資料正確性及一致性

人員異動管理

  • 執行人員晉升、調職、組織異動等 HR 系統作業
  • 負責新進、離職及人員異動相關資料與檔案維護
  • 協助跨系統人員資料同步及異常追蹤

考勤系統管理

  • 年度行事曆及假別相關設定與維護
  • 請假系統設定及日常資料維護
  • 協助處理考勤系統異常及使用者問題

DOA 簽核系統管理

  • 負責 DOA（Delegation of Authority）簽核流程及權限設定
  • 配合組織、人員異動進行簽核流程調整
  • 協助處理簽核異常及相關問題

SSC 流程數位化專案

  • 協助 SSC HR 流程數位化及系統優化專案
  • 參與需求整理、流程測試、UAT 及上線後維運
  • 協助跨部門溝通及專案進度追蹤

其他事項

  • 協助主管處理 HR Systems / HR Operations 相關專案及臨時交辦事項

二、必要條件（Must Have）

  • 具2 年以上HR、HRIS、HR Operations 或相關系統管理經驗
  • 具Workday 或其他HCM 系統操作經驗
  • 熟悉人員異動、組織異動、新進、離職等 HR 作業流程
  • 具 HR 系統資料維護及資料檢核經驗，對資料正確性及細節敏感
  • 熟悉 Excel，具備 VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP、Pivot Table、資料整理 等能力
  • 具跨系統資料比對、問題追蹤及異常處理能力
  • 能獨立作業，具良好的溝通及協調能力
  • 能配合大量、頻繁的人員及組織異動作業
  • 具基本英文閱讀及溝通能力

三、加分條件（Nice to Have）

  • Workday HCM 實際操作經驗
  • 曾負責 Workday Organization / Staffing / Business Process 相關作業
  • 具考勤、請假或 Time & Attendance 系統管理經驗
  • 曾參與 HR 系統 UAT、需求分析或流程優化專案
  • 具跨國 HR 系統或多法人資料管理經驗
