Product Manager – DTOS/ODM Industrial or Healthcare Tablet (iService/ 林口園區)
We are looking for an experienced DTOS/ODM Project Manager to lead the development of portable application products. In this role, you will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform solution into market-ready products.
You will play a key role in defining product specifications, driving project execution, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and delivering projects on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project development, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Innovate and propose solutions to meet the specific requirements of ODM customers.
- Manage expectation between customers and teams to swiftly resolve issues.
-Implement proactive risk management strategies, identifying and addressing potential issues early.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively manage conflicts and foster collaboration across teams.
- Take the lead in defining project specifications, ensuring functionality and quality assurance meet standards.
- Organize and lead project meetings, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed.
- Oversee multiple projects from inception through to End-of-Life.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above with a major in business or engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project management.
- Proficiency in English across all communication domains (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Expertise in planning, executing, and successfully concluding projects within specified deadlines and budgets.
- Proven skills in proposal development, delivering compelling presentations.
- A solution-focused mindset, dedicated to identifying innovative solutions to challenges.
