  • Prepare and execute required daily and monthly reports.
  • Communicate effectively with custodians regarding trade settlement, exceptions, and other operational matters.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to implement automation through artificial intelligence or other technology solutions to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.

  • Identify, investigate, and effectively communicate system issues to service providers, including BlackRock Solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and periodically review Desktop Procedures in accordance with the established control framework.

Your skills & experience:

  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and confidently discuss trade-related topics with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work productively and collaboratively with others across regional and functional teams.
  • Excellent client service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the Aladdin platform or a strong understanding of trade lifecycle processing, trade confirmation messaging, SWIFT and Aladdin Data Exchange (ADX) trade messages, and static data mapping.
  • Strong understanding of BlackRock Query Language (BQL) and its application within Settlement Instruction templates and trade-routing configurations.
