Experience: Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environment
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Meet with business leaders and users to document clear project goals and technical specifications.
- System Analysis: Review existing software architectures to spot performance issues, security gaps, or areas for optimization.
- Technical Documentation: Create detailed functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams and communicate business needs clearly to developers.
- Testing and Support: Participate in code reviews, coordinate defect tracking with quality assurance teams, and troubleshoot production issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Experience with programming and query languages like SQL, Python, Java, or C#, plus database management.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal or written communication skills.
- Experience: Ranging from entry-level positions to senior analyst roles requiring 3 to 5+ years of technical or software development background

Work Environment: - remote, US (Connecticut based preferred)
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $50,500 - $93,800.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
