入社後は先輩社員のサポートのもと、以下の業務に携わっていただきます。

  • セキュリティ運用・監視業務
  • ネットワーク／サーバー等インフラ環境の構築・運用支援
  • セキュリティインシデント対応サポート
  • セキュリティ製品の導入・設定支援
  • ドキュメント作成、レポーティング
  • お客様とのコミュニケーション（問い合わせ対応、報告等）

※ご経験・スキルに応じて、段階的に業務範囲を広げていきます。

応募要件

必須要件

  • 社会人経験3年未満（第二新卒歓迎）
  • IT業界での実務経験（年数不問）
  • インフラ（ネットワーク、サーバー等）に関する基礎知識または実務経験
  • 日本語：流暢（ネイティブレベル）
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力
  • 新しい技術を積極的に学ぶ意欲・向上心

歓迎要件

  • セキュリティ関連の基礎知識（情報セキュリティマネジメント試験等）
  • Linux / Windows Serverの運用経験
  • ネットワーク機器（Firewall、Router、Switch等）の設定・運用経験
  • クラウド環境（AWS、Azure等）の基礎知識
  • 英語力（読み書きレベルでも可）
  • CCNA、CompTIASecurity+、情報処理安全確保支援士等の資格保有
