System Support Analyst

Reporting to the Operations Lead for Europe & New Markets, the System Support Analyst is responsible for optimizing employee productivity by supporting desktop applications and services within the Infrastructure & Operations team. The role is the primary contact for day-to-day GTS support for on-site and remote users and must be comfortable supporting demanding profiles, including executives.

This is a hands-on technical role supporting regulated applications, including GxP and G&A systems. As part of the Operations Team, the position supports employees, contractors, and vendors in a Windows enterprise environment. The successful candidate must work effectively both independently and as a team member and will provide executive support and support on-site and remote meetings.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and mobile device management issues.
• Troubleshoot conferencing platforms and equipment, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Polycom audiovisual systems.
• Build, configure, patch, maintain, repair, and manage new and existing employee systems.
• Apply sound knowledge of change management, user support, and service desk methodologies.
• Provide system administration support for a growing portfolio of enterprise infrastructure applications.
• Support laptops and mobile devices using Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, or similar platforms.
• Support shared resources, including printers, shared workstations, conference rooms, projectors, and related equipment.
• Provide remote user support by telephone and remote management tools.
• Provide executive support and technical support for town hall-style events.
• Translate technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement performance standards are met.
• Coordinate with GTS groups to resolve incidents and fulfil requests in accordance with established guidelines.
• Use diplomacy and consider multiple points of view when resolving issues.
• Act proactively when faced with pending or potential service issues.
• Work autonomously, continue developing technical skills, and contribute positively to the team.
• Demonstrate a positive, persistent work ethic, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Computer Skills:

Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, AWS, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, MDM, Active Directory, Polycom, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, macOS, Android, and iOS.

Other Qualifications:

• Four or more years of experience as a Support Specialist, System Administrator, or in Executive Support.
• Executive Support experience is required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (French/German).
• Experience with ServiceNow, or another ITSM tool.
• Strong administration, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, adaptability, analytical thinking, problem-solving, dependability, quality, ethics, planning, and organizational capabilities.

Salary Range Switzerland: 98,600.00 CHF - 123,200.00 CHF
