The Azure/AWS/Databricks Data Engineer opportunity is suited for experienced talents with a clear understanding of Data and Cloud technologies who want to further develop in the data engineering area and gain international experience and certifications. You will be a part of our most innovative projects in Retail industry, AI-powered solutions, Data and Analytics.
Daily challenges:
- Analyzing, designing and implementing data warehouses, data lakes, data models and data pipelines;
- Building the code and logic required for optimal ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL or programming languages (Spark);
- Working with Data Platforms on different Cloud providers (AWS, Azure);
- Building analytics solutions that provide valuable insights for clients and end-users;
- Work in an Agile Project team with iterative, short-term goals and faster deliverables.
eXperience and skills required:
- Azure Data Factory/ AWS Glue;
- Databricks/Apache Spark;
- Coding: SQL, Python;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Highly motivated, team player, great communicator, interested in Agile Workplace Framework;
- Project/code management: Jira, Confluence, Git; We will consider as an advantage:
- Azure: Azure Data Lake/Azure Blob Storage; Azure Synapse Analytics;
- AWS: AWS S3; AWS Kinesis;
- Monitoring (Azure Monitor, AppInsights), Security (KeyVault, Azure AD), experi-ence in data modelling;
- CI/CD tools: ARM templates or Terraform.
