IMU Station DRI Engineer

Job Description:

岗位职责

作为 IMU 站点 DRI（Directly Responsible Individual）工程师，你将负责惯性测量单元（IMU）相关站点的全流程技术把控与问题闭环，核心职责包括：

• 负责 IMU 站点换能器（力、压力、声学及加速度传感器）的设计调试与性能优化;
• 基于数字信号处理（DSP）、控制系统及机器人/机电一体化理论，完成算法实现与系统调优;
• 使用 Matlab / Python / JMP 进行数据分析与可视化，驱动测试与试产决策;
• 快速定位电气硬件根因，并在软件层面实现修复方案;
• 主导多线程编程与硬件设备接口交互开发，保障产线设备稳定运行;
• 试产及测试期间须全勤深入工厂现场（Inside the factory）提供实时工程支持;
• 英语流利 ，能够高效参与早晚与美国团队的跨时区会议，推动问题同步与项目进展。

任职要求

必备技能

• 掌握换能器（力、压力、声学及加速度传感器）知识，具备设计调试背景者优先
• 精通 Lua 以及 C / C++ / Objective-C 语言
• 掌握数字信号处理（DSP）、控制系统、机器人/机电一体化相关知识
• 熟练使用 Matlab / Python / JMP 进行数据分析与绘图
• 能够快速定位电气硬件根因，并在软件中实现修复
• 英语流利 （听说读写俱佳），能无障碍参与跨国技术讨论
• 需定期参加与美国团队的线上会议（配合美国时间），具备跨时区高效协作能力

其他条件

• 5 年以上 相关工程经验;
• 熟悉多线程编程与硬件设备接口交互;
• 有产线试产驻场支持经验者优先。
