Job Description:

Buscamos un Junior Cybersecurity Analyst (IT/OT) para apoyar las operaciones de seguridad en ambientes de TI e infraestructura industrial (OT). Esta posición está orientada a profesionales que estén iniciando su carrera en ciberseguridad y quieran desarrollar experiencia práctica trabajando con tecnologías de seguridad, monitoreo, vulnerabilidades y protección de infraestructura.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar el monitoreo y análisis inicial de alertas e incidentes de seguridad.
  • Dar soporte en actividades relacionadas con herramientas SIEM y EDR/XDR.
  • Participar en análisis de vulnerabilidades y seguimiento de acciones de remediación.
  • Apoyar la revisión y monitoreo de controles de seguridad de red.
  • Participar en actividades y proyectos de seguridad relacionados con ambientes IT/OT.
  • Documentar incidentes, hallazgos y actividades realizadas.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Ciberseguridad, Infraestructura, Redes y Operaciones.
  • Seguir procedimientos y estándares establecidos de seguridad de la información.

Perfil

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Ciberseguridad, Sistemas, Informática, Redes o carrera afín.
  • 0 a 2 años de experiencia en Ciberseguridad, Seguridad de TI, Redes o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Security Operations, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management o Network Security.
  • Conocimientos básicos de redes, sistemas operativos y conceptos fundamentales de ciberseguridad.
  • Deseable exposición académica, prácticas profesionales o conocimientos básicos en ambientes OT/ICS/SCADA.
  • Interés en desarrollar una carrera profesional en ciberseguridad IT/OT.

Tecnologías Deseables

No es necesario contar con experiencia avanzada. Se valorará conocimiento o exposición a herramientas y tecnologías como:

Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Qualys, Tenable/Nessus, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, Nozomi Networks o TXOne Networks.

Conocimiento básico de marcos como NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001 o ISA/IEC 62443 será considerado un plus.
