- Utilize CICS Monitoring Facility (CMF), CICS Trace, and MQ Trace facilities to monitor performance, diagnose problems, and audit compliance.
- Lead moderately complex client-driven and internal projects, including system upgrades.
- Research and resolve system software-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Tune and review memory/resource consumption based on daily performance reporting and online monitoring.
- Interface with Change Support and vendor software support to resolve system software problems.
- Collaborate with Automation teams to provide automated responses to system situations requiring intervention.
- Provide team leadership, mentoring, guidance, task assignment, and performance coaching to team members.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, standards, and CICS RDO and MQ Object Definition knowledge base articles.
Basic Qualifications
