    • Service-Oriented Products & Solutions - Create and maintain a catalog of service-oriented capabilities, including business components, functional services, shared services, and macro- and micro-services.
    • UX/UI Design Systems - Oversee and drive the evolution of the platform’s UX/UI capabilities and design systems to promote consistency, usability, and reuse across products.
    • AI & Data Services - Define and support the integration of AI and data services into the platform, ensuring they address business and customer needs and align with the overall platform strategy.
    • Cloud Services - Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure IaaS capabilities effectively support platform requirements, scalability, security, and customer needs.
    • Tools & Accelerators - Manage the catalog and backlog of tools, accelerators, and reusable capabilities that increase development efficiency and accelerate customer and product adoption.
    • Reference Architecture - Establish, publish, and monitor reusable architectural patterns and standards that promote consistency, scalability, and efficient delivery across the platform.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

  • Manage and develop a team of 4-8 product management professionals, providing strategic direction, coaching, mentorship, and support to drive individual and team success.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity, prioritize strategic initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of platform capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across the product management organization.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations for the team.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and other measures to evaluate platform, product, and service performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor product and platform metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate platform adoption, usage, quality, customer value, and operational performance to drive ongoing optimization.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute long-term platform and product strategies, objectives, and investment priorities that support business growth and profitability.
  • Translate market trends, customer needs, competitive intelligence, and business objectives into actionable platform strategies and roadmaps.
  • Champion product management best practices, leveraging industry expertise and market insights to strengthen DXC’s position in the insurance technology market.
  • Lead platform and product launch activities, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption by target customers.
