Salesforce Consultant (AI/Agentforce)

Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for aSalesforce Consultant with focus onAI & Agentforce.

You will design and deliver Salesforce solutions for complex digital transformation projects, with a focus on AI and automation. You will work closely with clients and support project teams in building scalable and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions

• Design end-to-end architectures and integrations

• Develop AI use cases (Agentforce, Einstein, Copilot)

• Support project teams and mentor junior resources

• Manage client stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in consulting/System Integrators

• Experience as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant

• Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing)

• Technical skills: Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs

• Experience with AI/Agentforce solutions

• Good English

Nice to have:

• Salesforce certifications

• Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, OmniStudio

Work Location: Rome (RM) With Smart Working possibility

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €38.000 Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
