Roles and Responsibilities:
The SAP CRM Application Support facilitates the implementation and support of the technical solution to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client’s needs.
- Design, development, customize, configure and testing of CRM.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and fix problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Fluent in English
Education and Experience Required:
- 1+ years of hands-on SAP CRM experience within Agile delivery squads.
- Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 years of experience in the relevant industries.
