Key Responsibilities
Treasury leadership and solution ownership
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Treasury and Cash Management solutions.
- Serve as the functional lead for treasury processes across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
- Provide strategic guidance on treasury operating models, banking integration, liquidity management, and cash forecasting.
- Lead treasury workstreams for SAP implementations, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between treasury business stakeholders and SAP project teams.
Treasury management and cash operations
- Configure and support:
- Cash Management

- Treasury and Risk Management
- Payment Factory solutions
- Treasury transaction management
- Electronic bank statement processing
- Bank communication management
- Design and optimize treasury processes for cash positioning, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and payment execution.
- Ensure treasury solutions support business and regulatory requirements.
Banking and payment integration
- Lead implementation and support of:
- House Banks
- Bank Account Management
- Payment Medium Workbench (PMW)
- DMEE
- F110 Automatic Payment Program
- Electronic Bank Statements (EBS)
- SWIFT integration
- Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC)
- ISO20022 and SEPA payment formats
- Coordinate with banking partners and third-party vendors on connectivity and payment integration initiatives.
- Ensure secure and compliant treasury operations.
Business process design and stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Analyze current treasury processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and treasury management teams to define future-state processes.
Integration management
- Coordinate treasury integrations with:
- SAP FI
- SAP CO
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger
- SAP FSCM
- SAP Risk Management
- SAP Central Finance
- SAP BW/4HANA
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- Payment platforms and banking systems
- Partner with technical teams to develop interfaces, enhancements, reports, and workflow solutions.
Testing and deployment
- Lead unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing activities.
- Support data migration and treasury master data validation.
- Coordinate cutover planning, deployment activities, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Manage defect resolution and issue remediation.
Governance and compliance
- Establish treasury governance standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, financial regulations, and audit standards.
- Support risk assessments and treasury control reviews.
- Maintain treasury documentation, process flows, and operating procedures.
Team leadership
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to SAP Treasury consultants and support teams.
- Lead onsite and offshore resources across project and support engagements.
- Support knowledge transfer and organizational capability development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of SAP Treasury experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading SAP Treasury implementations or support programs.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management.
- Experience leading global treasury transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with cloud-based treasury and banking solutions.
