Job Description:
Application support to Microsoft BizTalk and Dynamics 365 CRM
Resolving Application incident and Service Request Tickets as per SLA Timelines.
Problem Management - Perform Root cause Analysis of the problems reported and implement the Action points as per agreed Timelines.
Production deployment of patches - Deployment of Application Patches received from the OEM duly following the Change Management Process.
EOD and other Process Improvements - Review and improve EOD and other batch processes.
Testing and Implementation of Approved change Requests.
Handling DC DR Drill and Failover - Ensure periodical DC - DR drill is executed with in agreed downtime. Ensure the continuity of Application availability.
Coordinating with Customer, Application OEM and ITO Team
Skills: .NET, SQL Server, SSIS, Microsoft BizTalk, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience: 4-5 years
