Customer Support Specialist

At Dyflexis, we help millions of employees worldwide with our workforce management software. From the bakery around the corner to international hotel and retail chains. The software is powerful, customer questions are diverse, and no two days are the same. You'll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that's growing rapidly in more than 20 other countries.

How do we do it? We work in a fast-paced environment with short communication lines. There are no unnecessary meetings and no politics. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers.

Requirements

This is what you'll do

You're the first point of contact for our customers, by phone and by ticket. You answer questions about our software, solve problems, and make sure customers get unstuck. Sometimes that takes two minutes. Sometimes it takes real digging. Our customers range from a small business owner just getting started with our platform to a large hotel chain running it daily for hundreds of employees. You adjust your communication, switch gears fast, and keep a clear head, even when it's busy.

• Support customers by phone and ticket with clear, friendly communication

• Analyse and solve problems, even when the customer can't quite describe them

• Collect feedback and pass it on to the team and product development

• Help build out our knowledge base and put AI to smarter use in our support process

• Work closely with colleagues in a growing, increasingly international team

This is what you'll need

• 1+ years of support experience, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or B2B environment (a background in hospitality and ready for a switch? Also welcome!)

• Clear, friendly communication, on the phone and in writing

• Fluent in Dutch and English; German or another language is a bonus

• You’re curious about the customer, the product, and how things can be better

• You’re calm and reliable. Even when it's busy or a customer is frustrated

• You have an analytical mindset: you understand systems, chase down the root cause, and don't stop until you've find it.

• You take ownership. You don't wait around, you act.

• You feel at home in an environment that moves fast and keeps improving.
