International Account Executive (French and Dutch speaking)

Right now, that means opening up French-speaking markets, and we need someone who wants to turn a blank map into real customers, starting in Belgium.
Requirements
This is what you'll do
You’ll take Dyflexis into French-speaking markets, starting with Belgium. This is a hunting role: most days you’re prospecting cold, picking up the phone, and starting conversations with people who’ve never heard of us and building the partnerships that turn into new business. You'll report to our Head of Sales, Max, and work alongside both Lily and Michał, on the international sales team.
You'll own the full sales cycle yourself, from that first cold call to the signed contract. We’ll point you toward our existing network of clients when there’s an opening, but the bulk of your pipeline is yours to build. If you get a kick out of the unknown and want to put Dyflexis on the map in a market that doesn’t know us yet.
Prospect and open new accounts in French-speaking markets through cold calls, emails, and outbound campaigns.
Qualify leads, run demos, and negotiate deals through signature.
Tap into our existing client network for warm introductions when the fit is there.
Travel to meet prospects, attend industry events, and build relationships face to face when it helps close a deal.
This is what you'll need
Fluent in French and Dutch. This one is non-negotiable. English and other languages are a plus.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or other complex, consultative selling.
Experience selling into the Belgian market.
A hunter mentality. You’d rather build a pipeline from scratch than work on a handed-down list, and you are comfortable owning a full sales cycle from end to end.
Open to travelling regularly when a deal, event, or client calls for it.
Based in the Netherlands, and willing to work from our HQ in The Hague.
