Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or related field
Fluent English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
Understanding job evaluation and organization management
Knowledge of HR systems, including L&D
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, PowerPoint, and Power BI)
Strategic thinking skills, Analytical skills, Leadership skills, Problem-solving skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation skills.

Develop and execute the company’s learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives, conduct training needs analysis to identify skill and competency gaps, and create annual training plans and budgets.
Design and implement leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training programs, facilitate workshops, seminars, and learning sessions as needed, and manage external training providers and learning partners.
Develop succession planning and high-potential development programs, support career development frameworks and competency models, and partner with managers to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms, promote e-learning, blended learning, and modern learning solutions, and track training participation and learning effectiveness.
Other responsibilities will be assigned by the line manager.
