POSITION INFO:
- Grade 12
- Responsible for switchboard and reception area
- Check that the payment received is accurate
- Attend to all admin duties
- Direct incoming calls and enquiries to the relevant departments
- Maintain visitor registers and reception recordsxperience as a cashier advantageous Experience using SAP will be advantageous
- Some experience in working with a switchboard will be advantageous
