Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:

Events & Employee Engagement

• Plan, design and run internal and external events for employee engagement and retention: internal corporate events, monthly engagement activities, job fairs and sports events.
• Build and maintain the list of external events to attend job fairs, industry exhibitions, and other relevant events.
• Evaluate partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities on an ongoing basis.
• Negotiate prices and terms with event vendors and suppliers.

  Internal Communications & Employer Branding

• Implement the global internal branding in the Tashkent office, including decorations, logos, internal ads, and announcements.
• Create and regularly update content for success stories and the employee lifecycle.
• Localize global messages for the local market.
• Develop and order branded materials and merchandise for the office.

  Content, Copywriting & Social Media

• Own the full copywriting process: messages for internal channels of communications,
• social media, presentations, banners and media materials.
• Create and publish content for Dyninno’s social media pages in Uzbekistan.
• Set up and manage promo campaigns on social media.
• Coordinate visuals and layouts with the design team.

  PR, Media Relations & Reputation

• Own Dyninno’s presence in external communication channels in Uzbekistan.
• Monitor and manage the company’s reputation on job review sites and social media.
• Prepare and submit applications for relevant local awards, and support department heads with award announcements.

  Planning, Budget & Reporting

• Develop and deliver the local PR & IC plan: strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
• Align the plan with the HR Director and the Global PR & Communications Director.
• Propose the yearly budget and control its execution.
• Track, analyze and report PR & IC results every quarter, and reach the planned ROI of all activities.
• Adjust the plan quarterly to reflect business needs and market realities.

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding (HR brand) or corporate communications.
• Hands-on SMM experience, including content creation and running paid promo campaigns.
• Proven experience organizing events end to end, including working with vendors and budgets.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt one message to different audiences and channels.
• Experience planning communication activities and reporting on their results.
• Good knowledge of the local media and communication landscape in Uzbekistan.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• A multi-tool mindset: organized, proactive and comfortable handling several projects at once.
