What You'll Be Doing
Become a Dyson Technology Expert
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Dyson technology and innovation.
- Confidently explain product features, benefits, and performance in a clear and engaging way.
- Stay up to date on new product launches and technology advancements.
Create Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Welcome customers warmly and deliver personalised service.
- Understand individual needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Create memorable experiences that build lasting connections with the Dyson brand.
Inspire Through Demonstration
- Bring Dyson technology to life through engaging product demonstrations.
- Showcase the performance and innovation behind our products.
- Help customers experience first-hand what makes Dyson different.
Drive Sales Performance
- Proactively engage customers and identify opportunities to meet their needs.
- Support the achievement of sales targets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Take pride in delivering strong individual and team results.
Maintain a World-Class Retail Environment
- Ensure product displays are engaging, well-stocked and presentation-ready.
- Support stock management and inventory accuracy.
