About the Role:

The Administrator builds on foundational experience to provide more advanced HR support and guidance. This role continues to manage transactional activities while contributing to process improvements and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring consistent and accurate HR support.
• Manage transactional activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide HR advice with consideration of local labor laws, in collaboration with the wider People Function Team.
• Ensure effective and timely communication with customers, maintaining a “one and done” approach.
• Monitor and highlight trends or issues affecting service delivery.
• Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform monthly pre-payroll process and input validation for the area.
• Maintain and ensure all internal process documentation is up to date
• Maintain and support Junior Administrators on standard cases; support Senior Administrators on non-standard process steps.
• Identify process gaps.
• Partner with People Function and other stakeholders to resolve standard cases
• Follow agreed prioritization of tasks and case management principles; manage assigned cases; support in analyzing trends.
• Participate in local projects.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in Employee Administration for the country market.
• Solid understanding of local labor law.
• Experience in Global HR Shared Services
• Strong time and task management skills, with ability to plan and prioritize.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and changing environments.
• Experience coaching and supporting team members
• Confident managing data and producing reports (desirable).
• Experience with Workday and case management systems (desirable).
