The Retail Field Sales team is a core part of Dyson Nordics, bringing Dyson technology to life through our retail partners and creating outstanding experiences for consumers across the region. By driving excellence in execution, capability and customer engagement, the team plays a vital role in delivering sustainable growth and market share.

About the role

As our Field Manager, Nordics, you will play a key role in delivering Dyson's retail sales strategy across the Nordic markets. Combining ownership of your own territory with leadership of a team of Area Managers across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, you will drive sales performance, strengthen retail partnerships and ensure consistent execution of Dyson's retail vision.

You will:

• Drive sales growth, market share and commercial performance within your assigned territory.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Managers, building capability and creating a high-performance culture across the Nordic region.
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance and provide regular coaching to maximise results and customer experience.
• Ensure consistent execution of Dyson's retail strategy, promotional activities and retail standards across all Nordic markets.
• Build strong relationships with key retail partners, senior store management and strategic stakeholders.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and commercial insights to identify opportunities and implement growth plans.
• Conduct regular field visits across the Nordics to support Area Managers, assess execution standards and share best practice.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail Activation, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives and strengthen Dyson's retail presence.

About you

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Significant experience in retail, field sales, account management or a similar commercially focused environment.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and business results.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical capability, with experience using data and insights to influence decision-making and performance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution.
• Fluency in English and a valid driving licence, with the flexibility to travel extensively across the Nordic region.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in a Nordic language.
• Experience working across multiple countries or managing regional teams.
