Financial Controller Senior Analyst

Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation will provide process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.
What You'll Do:
Lead month-end close activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Own balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
Partner with Finance Directors and business stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive informed decision-making.
Support audit, statutory reporting, tax, and compliance requirements, prepare the Statutory Financial Statement at Financial year end.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and other finance teams to improve financial performance and controls.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation across finance operations.
Act as a trusted finance partner and key point of contact for assigned markets.
About you:
5-8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of financial controls, month-end close processes, and balance sheet management.
Experience with IFRS, US GAAP, or local accounting standards.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria for Internal Movements:
Minimum Tenure: Employees must have completed at least 18 months in their current role or with the organization.
Performance: Employees should typically have a satisfactory or above performance rating in their most recent appraisal cycle.
No Active Disciplinary Actions: Employees must not be under any active disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans.
