Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls from existing and prospective clients in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
• Attend to enquiries and messages received through the company\'s official WhatsApp line, website and social media platforms.
• Provide accurate information about the organisation\'s services, procedures, pricing, operating hours and other relevant details.
• Handle appointment enquiries and guide clients on available services.
• Maintain adequate knowledge of the organisation\'s service offerings and operational procedures.
• Record client enquiries, complaints and requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up where necessary.
• Escalate medical, technical and unresolved enquiries to the relevant departments.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and excellent customer service in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, client relations or a similar role.
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility, hospital, diagnostic centre or related service environment will be an added advantage.
