Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day legal advice and guidance to management and different departments.

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret contracts, agreements, employment letters, leases, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.

  • Advise the company on employment and labour-related matters.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian laws, regulations, and industry requirements.

  • Provide legal support for hotel operations, property matters, commercial transactions, and business activities.

  • Advise management on disciplinary matters, staff grievances, terminations, and other employment-related issues.

  • Maintain proper records of contracts, legal documents, correspondence, and ongoing legal matters.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience
  • A minimum of a diploma in a related field
