E-doc is a data infrastructure platform that facilitates market access in Emerging Markets. We utilise Open Banking and a proprietary machine learning model to overcome regulatory hurdles and the challenge of limited financial data.

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, translate business requirements into innovative solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products aligned with business objectives.
• We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Product Manager with a strong consulting background, hands-on experience working in Agile environments and a good understanding of digital financial services and Open Banking.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis are an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies and best practices.

Experience:

• Experience managing digital products from ideation through development, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, operations and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Experience with fintech, digital banking, financial technology solutions, or Open Banking-related initiatives is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience managing client relationships, facilitating stakeholder engagements and communicating product performance and progress.
• Demonstrable consulting experience, including client engagement, requirements gathering, business process improvement and solution delivery.

Must Have:

• Ability to translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong product management capabilities, including product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization and lifecycle management.
• Ability to define, monitor and interpret product KPIs, adoption metrics and customer feedback.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Good understanding of Open Banking concepts, API-driven financial services, consent-based data sharing and data privacy principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience managing product backlogs and coordinating delivery with technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), product demonstrations and feedback sessions.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Figma, Miro and other product design or collaboration tools.
• Hands-on experience developing, implementing, or managing Open Banking products, APIs and financial data integration solutions.
• Experience developing or managing B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
• Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, product discovery and usability testing.
• Experience supporting product commercialization, go-to-market strategies and business case development.
• Experience with credit assessment, lending, financial data analytics, payment solutions, or other fintech products.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, automation and data-driven financial products.
• Previous experience in technology consulting, management consulting, or digital transformation projects.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or other relevant Agile certifications.
• Experience using product analytics tools such as Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Open Banking ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, customer consent management and secure data-sharing practices.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, system integrations and software development processes.
