We’re searching for a proactive, detail-obsessed collaborator to partner closely with our Account Managers and keep our customer relationships running flawlessly. In this highly customer-focused role, you’ll be the operational backbone-owning the daily administration of major national accounts, uncovering new business opportunities, and nurturing strong partnerships with existing contacts.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Internal Collaboration
Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve queries-whether related to stock shortages, pricing, forecasting, finance, or invoicing.
Provide accurate and insightful sales reporting and data to support sales leads.
Sales Operations & Administration
Support sales leads through efficient PO creation, tracking, and management.
Implement and maintain a streamlined documentation and filing system to keep everything running smoothly.
Take ownership of retailer and vendor contract administration.
Product & Launch Support
Stay ahead of upcoming product launches and manage full Item & Product Setup Forms across retailer platforms.
Oversee product copy translations for EU/ROW markets and ensure product images and assets meet retailer requirements.
Coordinate the timely ordering of GWPs, samples, and product testers in line with budgets.
Team & Event Support
Assist in setting up retailer meetings, including venue/room booking, catering arrangements, and room décor to ensure a polished, brand-right experience.
What You Bring
Based locally (role is location-flexible).
Fluent in both the local language and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, account coordination, or a similar role.
Exceptional administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle shifting priorities.
Experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
