We're looking for an Accounting Senior Manager to play a critical leadership role within our accounting team. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to help shape the financial backbone of a rapidly expanding beauty brand. You'll own core accounting operations, lead the monthly close, and serve as a key bridge between rhode's finance team and e.l.f. Beauty's corporate accounting function - ensuring compliance, accuracy, and scalability as we grow.
What You'll Do
- Lead and own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accurate, timely,
- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and flux analyses.

What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including roles in public accounting and/or corporate
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- Experience leading a month-end close and preparing financial statements.
- Proficiency with modern ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Prior experience with multi-channel consumer/retail businesses (DTC, wholesale, and/or Sephora-
